Who may use Vmart

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and use a valid invited alpha account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information.

Vmart’s role

Vmart helps community members discover and post services, businesses, jobs, and beauty opportunities. Vmart is not the buyer, seller, employer, agent, broker, or guarantor in transactions between users.

Listings and transactions

You are responsible for a listing’s accuracy, legality, and availability, and for checking users, licenses, prices, terms, and quality before transacting. Do not pay or share sensitive information until you have verified the other party.

Acceptable use

You must follow the law, Vmart’s Community Guidelines, and Prohibited Content rules.

• Do not defraud, impersonate, harass, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Do not evade moderation decisions or use multiple accounts to violate rules.
• Do not post or transact in prohibited goods, services, or opportunities.

Content and license

You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you give Vmart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and format it as needed to operate, protect, and promote the listing within the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.

Moderation and accounts

Vmart may reject, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts to enforce rules, reduce risk, or comply with law. In urgent situations, we may act before giving notice.

Alpha service

The alpha is offered for testing and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Vmart is provided “as is” without warranties about availability, accuracy, or transaction outcomes.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vmart is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, user conduct, or off-platform transactions. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Vmart develops. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. During alpha, use the support channel in your invitation for questions or review requests.
