Illegal, dangerous, or violent activity

Content that promotes unlawful conduct or serious harm is not allowed.

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, or instructions for causing harm.
• Threats, praise of violence, dangerous organizations, or self-harm facilitation.
• Animals, animal products, or activities prohibited by law.

Exploitation and sexual content

Child sexual exploitation content or facilitation of abuse is strictly prohibited.

• Sexual services, prostitution, pornography, or inappropriate nudity.
• Human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of vulnerable people.

Hate, harassment, and discrimination

Content that degrades protected groups, incites hate, makes threats, targets people for harassment, or unlawfully discriminates in employment is not allowed.

Fraud and deception

Do not impersonate, misrepresent, or attempt to steal money or information.

• Investment scams, deceptive job fees, pyramid schemes, or counterfeit currency.
• Account-theft links, requests for verification codes, or suspicious payment methods.
• Fake listings, fake reviews, forged documents, or concealed material business identity.

Regulated or unsafe goods

Do not post goods that require special controls or create serious safety risk.

• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, cannabis, prescription drugs, or controlled substances.
• Food, cosmetics, medical devices, or health services that do not meet legal requirements.
• Recalled, dangerous, unsanitary, or materially mislabeled products.

Stolen, counterfeit, and infringing material

Do not post stolen property, counterfeit goods, pirated copies, trade secrets, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Personal data and access

Do not buy or sell personal data, accounts, passwords, verification codes, financial information, identity documents, or unauthorized access to systems.

Evasion and response

Do not use coded language, images, external links, or another account to evade these rules. Vmart may remove the listing, preserve necessary evidence, restrict accounts, and refer matters to authorities when appropriate.
