Post honestly

Describe exactly what you offer or seek.

• Use real photos you have permission to share.
• Disclose price, location, terms, and important limitations.
• Update or remove listings when they are no longer available.

Treat people with respect

Do not threaten, harass, bully, demean, or discriminate. Differences in language, age, background, or experience are never an excuse for disrespect.

Transact safely

Verify identity, licenses, and details before meeting or paying. Meet in an appropriate place, tell someone you trust about your plans, and leave if anything feels wrong.

Protect privacy

Share only what is necessary. Do not post another person’s private information without permission or ask for passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, or sensitive financial details.

Do not spam or manipulate

Do not publish duplicates, use misleading keywords, create fake reviews, redirect people to scams, or contact people in bulk outside a listing’s purpose.

Follow professional rules

Jobs, licensed services, business transfers, and beauty services must follow applicable licensing, workplace safety, anti-discrimination, and other legal requirements.

Reporting and enforcement

During alpha, send the listing URL, reason for the report, and relevant evidence through the support channel in your invitation. Vmart may warn, restrict, remove content, or suspend accounts. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
